He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koluch and Pearl Koluch (Sobus); his son Travis Bayne; and his brother James Koluch. He is survived by: his wife Karen Koluch (Persuhn); his daughter Raye Ragan (Eric); his grandchildren, Jillian and Jackson; and his siblings, David Koluch (Lynne), Tom Koluch (Caroline), John Koluch and Donna Krull (Charlie).
