He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Campbell and Dessie Campbell (Carter); his former wife Ruby Campbell; his children, Bobby Ray Campbell and Ruth Angela Hirt; and his siblings, Leroy Campbell, Ruby Nell Kanabe, Marie Lawson and Loretta Mae Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Campbell (Monk); his children, Patricia Lynn Ayres (Robert), Coy Campbell Jr. (Sue) and Roger Lee Campbell (Anita); his stepdaughters, Debra Lynn Williams (James) and Teresa Monk Tarlton (Michael); and his siblings, Johnnie Ray Campbell, Marilyn Lou Norbury and Carolyn Sue Womack. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
