She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Silakowski and Josephine Silakowski (Baranek); and her brother Stan Silakowski Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jay Hierholzer; her sisters-in-law, Kristine Dues (Bill) of Troy and Debbie Hierholzer of Murphy, Texas; her niece Annina Parini (Greg) of Worthington, Ohio; her nephews, Gavin Dues (Julie) of Troy and Jonathon Dues (Lindsey) of Chicago, Illinois; and her cousins, Ron Turkutz (Anita) of East Windsor and Danielle Kane (John) of Binghamton. She is also survived by her family, her friends.
To honor Ginny's memory, donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or St. Jude's Hospital for Children—two causes close to her heart.
