She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Phebus and Burton Phebus; her brothers, Lee and Garry Phebus; and her husband Orville Hall.
She is survived by: her children, James Kemper, Mark Kemper, Dean Hall, Eric Hall and Karen Reichert; and her grandchildren, Teckla Martins, Jamie Kemper, Emily Kemper, Kera Tartaglia, Heather Hall-Carte, Faith Gibbs, Justin Kemper, Jesse Kemper, Conner Hall and Eric Hall. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
