Samuel Carter; his wife Lena Carter; his children, Victoria Delores, Eric Blair and Melanie Anne Carter; his son-in-law Dermot Ronan; his grandson John Carter; his great grandchildren, Nadia Estrada and Vaughn Bonds; his aunt Pat Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Hackett, Sylvia Carter, Sarah Dutton, Robin Dutton, George Stanford, Melvin and Norvel Lee Dutton.
