She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Kelley of Poplar Grove, IL and Michael Kelley of Poplar Grove, IL; her siblings, Sean Kelley of Jacksonville, FL and Lisa Jacino (Mark) of Aurora, IL; and her nephew Jake Jacino. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
