With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Rice in Columbia, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Rice and Barbara Hundley; his children, Bruce Rice, Spencer Rice and Shelby Rice; his granddaughter Scarlett Rice; and his sisters, Debi Daugherty, Dian Moorhouse and Dana Rice. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
