She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Henry and Shirley Jane Wehland (Tilghman); and her husband Paul Bryan Carter, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Bryan Carter, Jr. and Bruce Robert Carter; and her brother Henry Wehland (Dorothy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Facial Coverings must be worn inside the funeral home and social distancing guidelines must be followed in the funeral home and at the cemetery.
