We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2020, at the age of 84, Sandra Rogers Stringer (Columbia, Maryland), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lee and Marie Kelley Rogers. She is survived by: her daughter Janice Tracey Watson of Gambrills, MD; her grandchildren, Kellie and William Watson; and her sister Mary Harkey.
