He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Lindsay Currie and Mildred Allene Clinch Currie; his wife Elizabeth Jones Currie, RN; his children, Richard Currie (Jean Wisenbaugh Currie) of Santa Fe, NM, Roger Currie of Nashville, TN, Sarah Currie Aldrich (Steve Aldrich) of Houston, TX, Peter Currie of Columbia, MD and Andrew Currie (Karen VanderClock Currie) of Ellicott City, MD.; and his sister Ruth Currie Knights. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
