He is survived by: his wife Julie Blackburn; his mother Juanita Dean; his sisters, Stephanie Blackburn and Kim Carlton (Craig); and his children, Lindsay Williamson (Doug), Jarrett Scott, McKenzie Scott and Rose Scott.
