It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Edward Stokely (Columbia, Maryland), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stokely and Felicia Stokely; and his sister Florence Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Williard, Jean Hendrick and Peter Stokely. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and five great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, he would have appreciated donations to the Wounded Warrior Project.
