It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neal Kelly of Columbia, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kelly and Mildred Miles Kelly; and his siblings, Francis Kelly, Joanne Kelly Toft, George Kelly, Patrick Kelly, Robert Kelly and Nancy Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foley Kelly; his sister Marie Kelly Marsh; his daughters, Nancy Basaldua (Tom), Joan Kelly of Singapore, Beth Kelly and Denise Trout (Tracey); his grandchildren, Debra Basaldua (Tyler Sampson), Rachel Basaldua, Daniel Basaldua, Rebecca Basaldua, Rosie Mazzarella, Daniel Mazzarella, Eilene Trout, Elly Trammell (Kirk), Anna Trammell (Seth) and Alyssa Trout; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson, Jeannette Mattie (Mike) and Margaret Strange (Robert). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
