He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bishop Stephen and Diana Frazier; his wife Alice Frazier; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Yasmin; his grandsons, Tony, Shane and Reece; his son Kenneth; his grandchildren, Kennedy and Ava; and his brothers, James Frazier (Al) and Timothy Frazier (Neil). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, close friends.
