He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Rita; his children, Michael Alexander Winpisinger and Julie Elizabeth Winpisinger; and his siblings, Ken Winpisinger, Vickie Winpisinger (Cliff Rothenstein) and Linda Winpisinger (Keith Brown).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mowat Wilson Syndrome in honor of Mike's great-nephew Hayden.
