It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lopes-Cummings of Columbia, Maryland, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Medeiros and Maria Medeiros (Barboza); her brother Raymond P. Medeiros of Swansea, MA.; and her close friend Russell Lusby. She is survived by: her former spouse Antone Lopes (Tony); her husband Everett M. Cummings; her uncle Red; her granddaughter Toni; and her son David Lopes (Meagan) of Maryland.
