She was predeceased by: her husband Francis X. Berry; her parents, Bertram Beck and Lucy Beck (Viola); and her brothers, Albert and Richard Beck.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Pancavage (Gary), Thomas Sr. Berry (Patricia), Francis Berry (James Chan), Stephen Berry and Lisa Callaway (Edward); her grandchildren, Ryan, Suzann Pancavage and Diana George (Timothy); her great grandchildren, Max, Alex, Stassi, Thomas Jr. Berry (Katelyn) and Cory Beach (Leondra); and also, Ariana, Avery, Carson, Dexter Beach, Darylann Wheeler (Nicole), Lucianna, Ashley Wilson (Shawn), Ella and Kaylee.
