She was predeceased by: her husband Henry David Shapiro M. D.; her sister Ruth Grumet (Abe); and her parents, William Pearlman and Gussie Pearlman. She is survived by: her children, Rabbi Dovid S. Shapiro (Deborah) and Judith A. Shapiro (Mitchell Lazarus); and her grandchildren, Gershon, Nachman, Rivkah, Yekutiel, Alexander, Tehila, Fayge Gittel, Sarah Soshie, Malkie Shapiro, Reuven, Sarah Lazarus and Lillian.
