He was predeceased by: his parents, Sing Jin Tom and Bow Ken Lee. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chin Tom; his children, Steven Tom (Judy Leung), Kevin Tom (Kelly Turner) and Lisa Tom (Michael Ricci); and his siblings, Richard Tom (Eva Tom) and Gloria Lawrence (Richard Lawrence). He is also survived by grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
