He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Daly Gvozdas; his children, Joseph P. Gvozdas, David Gvozdas, Susan Schept (Stuart) and James Gvozdas; his brothers, Peter Gvozdas (Carolyn) and Richard Gvozdas (Janice); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Bryn and Cole Gvozdas. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
