It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Stephen Scarlis (Columbia, Maryland), who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne Theresa Scarlis; his children, Sean Scarlis (Lori) and Dawn Murphy (Stephen); his sibling Shirley Trotta; and his grandchild Kyle Scarlis.
