With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann Hoover (Columbia, Maryland), born in Newburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 25, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Nolan and Valeria Hensel Nolan; her spouse Rodney L. Hoover; and her sister Fredith Nolan. She is survived by: her son Dennis Hoover; her daughter-in-law Debra Hoover of Sykesville; her grandchildren, Nick (Katherine), Ashley and Tori Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Xavier Hoover and Catalina Hoover. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
