Robert Fabian wrote a sympathy message

“I have only fond memories of Jesse. He was vice-principal at Harper’s Choice Middle School when it opened in 1973. He was a mentor and I learned a lot about working with students from Jesse. He was a listener and a terrific student advocate. I am sure he had a positive impact on many lives. My sympathies to his loved ones.”
