He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis T. Evans and Arlene Evans (Bowers). He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Evans (Davalli); and his daughters, Laura M. E. Lambert (Gregory) and Christina A. E. Rodriguez (Jose).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slack Funeral Home (3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (3755 St Paul St, Ellicott City, MD 21043).
