Dean, Jr.); his granddaughter Haley Simone Tavares; his son James Andrew Poindexter II; his grandchildren, Kara Joelle Poindexter and James Andrew Poindexter III; his son Jon Harvard Poindexter (Carla Jordan Poindexter); his grandchildren, Jon Harvard Poindexter II, Quentin Jordan Poindexter and Noelle "Toby" Elizabeth Poindexter; his child Kim Funderburk; his granddaughters, Rebecca Funderburk and Laura Funderburk; his children, Errica Yvette Poindexter (Frederic Wiggins) and Rana Poindexter Berryman (Quentin Robert Berryman); and his grandchildren, Chloe Yvonne Berryman and Robert James Berryman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
