He is survived by: his parents, Frances Halsey and Luther Otmer Towe; his sister Mildred; his children, Jeanne Seitler (Burton), Kathryn Zumbaugh (Steve), James Halsey, Emilie Towe, Larry Towe and Stephanie Towe; and his grandchildren, Steve Zumbaugh, Jack, Craig, Andrew and Bella Towe.
