He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allan and Louisa Mary Allan (Woods). He is survived by: his wife Tanya M. Hoegh-Allan; his siblings, Douglas Allan (Trisha), Ian Allan and Largs; his sister-in-law Tove Lockie (Kevin) of Riceville, IA.; and his nephew Scott Allan (Rachel McCallum).
