He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas and Marion Fennell; his wife Bettye Jo of Danville, VA; his children, Rosalyn (Terri), Frank, Jr., David and Thomas (Jenell); and his sisters, Evelyn of Akron, OH, Marian Henderson of Seguin, TX and Lynne Diggs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear dear friends.
