He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Rhodes (Will); and his grandson Zachary. He is survived by: his children, Frank Rhodes (Brenda) and Tina Franz; his grandchildren, Whitney (Jamie), Christopher (Annesia), Taylor (Joe), Jacob (Alicia) and Jaimie; and his great grandchildren, Elliott, Reese, Olivia, Gunner, Daniel, Caleb, Bennett, Jackson, Belle, Savannah, Hattie, Brayden and Rylan.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Slack Funeral Home (3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Melville Chapel United Methodist Church (5660 Furnace Ave, Elkridge, MD 21075).
