He is survived by: his wife Karen Urbany; his children, Bridget Brungart, Edward C. Urbany III, Melissa Gott and Julia Ward; and his siblings, James Patrick Urbany and Mary Jane Joseph. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
