She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Horstkamp and Annie [McCreary] Horstkamp; her daughter Shari Elvetici; and her siblings, Bill Horstkamp, Tommy Horstkamp, Bobby Horstkamp and Patricia Miller.
She is survived by: her son Lewis Bailey, Jr.; her grandchildren, Lewie, Stephen and Jeremy Bailey; and her siblings, Jimmy Horstkamp, Joe Horstkamp, Gerri Howard, Mary Lyons and Debbie Goldsborough.
