Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas (Elsa Kelley) and Cindy; and her brother Tommy. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Ochs (Sarah) and Colleen Harris (Rodney); her sister Karen Landry (Jimmy) of Lexington; and her former husband Bill.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville (12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029).

In lieu of flowers, Cindy's family requests donations to the American Heart Association (https://www.heart.org).
