She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Blake; her parents, Michael Gerlach and Cecelia; and her siblings, Michael, Joseph and Ann Wall.
She is survived by: her sons, Earl, Mark, Scott and Paul; her grandchildren, Brenda Velez (Rick), Candice Brauner, Matthew Blake, Scott Blake Jr. (Lexi), Brandon Blake, Bryan Blake, James Martin, Catherine Martin, Megan Sweeney, Ryan Sweeney, Erin Sweeney, Matthew Wong and Zalman Wong; her great grandchildren, Nathan Velez, Ezekiel Velez, Finn Brauner and Grayson Blake; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Hamper, Betty Gerlach and Richard Wall. She is also survived by her daughter in-laws, her granddaughters and treasured nieces.
