It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Powell (Columbia, Maryland), who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Beverly; her daughters, Camille and Rebecca; her sons-in-law, Adam and Eric; and her granddaughters, Elena, June and Charlotte.
