It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ragan of Columbia, Maryland, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Ragan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry Ragan and Rosemay Xela Ragan; and her brother Thomas Charles Ragan. She is survived by: her significant other Paul Christopher Syphax; her siblings, Diana Ragan Syphax and Paul Anthony Ragan; her children, Kenneth Roland Ragan-Armstrong, Aleah Nicole Ragan-Armstrong and Brianna Lashae Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Zoe Marilynn Armstrong, Avery Joseph Walker, Xavier Robert Worthington III and Ezekiel Maximus Worthington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
