She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Homer Wade, Hazel Mauldwin Guinn, Edgar Franklin and Annie Funkhouser Shrum. She is survived by: her close friend Mark Jardim of Columbia, MD; her parents, Tom Guinn, Sr. (Jackie) of Woodstock and Lorraine Gail Guinn of Maurertown; her son Hunter Whirley (Alisha); her grandchildren, Harper and Asher Whirley; her siblings, Cheryl Guinn Reynolds (Allen) of Harrisonburg, Tom Guinn, Jr. (Kim) of Woodstock and Bruce Gibbons; her nephews, Parker Reynolds (Savannah) and Clay Guinn (Cassidy) of Woodstock; her cousins, Susan Guinn, Kim Shrum Cooper and Debbie Guinn Harbaugh; her close friends, Stacie Rinker and Teresa Shillinburg; and her pet Annie.
