He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles LeRoy Lindsay and June Lindsay (Clemens); his wife Kathleen "Kathi" Lindsay; and his brothers, Thomas and Craig Lindsay.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Rose; his children, Brian Lhotka, Nicholas "Nick" Lindsay and Krista Harlan; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Eleanor, Everett and Garrett Harlan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
