He is survived by: his children, Bobby Lee Stuples, Jr., Kathy Stewart, Henry F. "Fred" Affeldt, III (Kathy Hill) and Melissa Blucher (Steve); his siblings, Doris M. Frye, Ray L. Stuples and Melvin Eugene Stuples; his grandchildren, Brittany M Blucher (Sean Goerling), Shannon M. Renner and Jennifer Wood; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Blake, Lea Renner and Hunter Bowling.
