She was predeceased by: her spouse Cooper T. Holt; her parents, Russell M. Sivley and Ethel Sivley; and her siblings, Dorothea Slayton, William R., Kenneth M. and Calvin G. Sivley.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Ann Pappas (Gus); her grandson Cooper T. Pappas (Kathleen); her great grandchild Nicholas Quinn Pappas; her sisters, Virginia Turner, Kathryn Coffelt, Barbara Waters and Carolyn Minnich; and her brother-in-law David Minnich.
