He is survived by: his children, Mark Minzak (Brittany Minzak) and Stephanie Minzak; his grandchildren, Eli, Noelle and Emma; and his siblings, Cathy Oros, Regina Falick and Thomas Minzak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
