He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Cujdik; and also Pops. He is survived by: his children, Dottie Paxton (Tom), Michele Cujdik, Timothy Cujdik (Barry), Thomas Cujdik (Sherry), Andrea Roche (Scott), Kathryn Krieger (Steven) and Maryellen Cole (Phillip); his grandchildren, Dacia (Chris), Annie (David), Kenny, Justin, Jason, Ashleigh, Matthew, Timmy, Shane and Sydnee; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Elizabeth; and his parents, Mary Cujdik and John Cujdik.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Gilchrist Hospice of Howard County, 6336 Cedar Lane, Columbia, MD 21044.
