She is survived by: her husband Dominick Collins; her son Austin; her parents, Philip Spain and Teresa Spain; her parents-in-law, Joan and Greg Daniels; her sister Keri Zowd (Joe); her brother-in-law Quentin Collins (Marhonda); her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Joseph Zowd, Nate, Jaxon and Laela Collins; her grandparents, Betty Harley (Kirby) and Elwin Condon (Rose); her aunts and uncles, Shirley Murdock, Sharon Stevens (Bill) and Mark Stowell (Robin); and her cousins, Samantha, Courtney, Lauren, Megan, Cynthia, Justin, Ashley, Ella, Emma and Kyle.
