She was predeceased by: her father William R. Garman of Upper Marlboro, MD.; and her brother Michael Garman of Mechanicsville, MD.. She is survived by: her mother Roberta Faye Garman of Prince Frederick, MD; her son Vincent Parrett of Stamford, CT; her brother Kevin Garman (Kerrie) of Prince Frederick, MD; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Garman. She is also survived by four nephews, one niece, and three great nephews.
