He is survived by: his wife Wilma Irene Gwaltney Miller of Rising Sun, MD; and his children, Diane (Pleaz Davidson) of Oneida, KY, Marjorie (Pascall Snyder) of Appomattox, VA, Linda (Marvin Clarke) of Martinsburg, WV, Thomas Melvin, Jr. (Joy) of Port Deposit, MD, Jeanne (Robert Fisher) of Hamburg, PA, Jesse (Molley) of Millsboro, DE, Barry (Linda) of Port Deposit, MD, Mark Russell (Lynda) of Rising Sun, MD, Myra (Bert Belote) of Colora, MD and David (Donna) of Rising Sun, MD. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and countless great grandchildren.
