He is survived by: his wife Karen Foraker; his children, Jenna Foraker and Jacob Foraker; his stepchildren, Brian Fauver (Brittney) and Kyle Fauver (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Aliyah, Teegan, Houston, Taylor and Jameson; his brothers, Martin Foraker (Robin) and Troy Foraker (Kandy); and his pets, Cooper and Winnie.
