He was predeceased by: his wife Violet M. McKinney (Shoun); his parents, Ramond "Rama" McKinney and Stella McKinney (McCurry); his granddaughter Jennifer Nichole McKinney; and his siblings, Wayne, James, Wesley, Rev. Jack, Sam McKinney and Mary Dale.
He is survived by: his sons, Lonnie McKinney (Mary) of New Texas, Raymond McKinney (Sandy) of Rising Sun and David James McKinney (Darthey) of Darlington, MD.; his grandchildren, Angela McKinney Raile (Harold) of Perryville, Jeremy McKinney (Sara) of Nottingham, Barbara Lewis (David) of Felton and Katie McKinney of Rising Sun; his siblings, Eugene McKinney and Helen Murphy of Green Mountain, NC.; and his friends, Billy, Jody Barker, Royce and Violet. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
