He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Farmer (Marshall); his children, Michael Lee Farmer and Linda Sue Farmer Rhoades of North East, MD; and his brother Delmar Farmer of Port Deposit, MD. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
