He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Prior and Lillian Jasper Prior; and his brothers, William and Arthur. He is survived by: his son Matthew Andrew (Christine); his wife Susan Schermerhorn Prior; his sons, Robert Scott and Jason Christopher (Tina); his grandchildren, Michael, Jeannie and Lilly; and his pet Jasmine.
