He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Griffey, Eva Ferguson and Vickie McConnell; and his grandchildren, Chrystal Bauman, Wesley Haynie, William "Dale" Wiley, Ashely Wiley, Andrew Barton, Corey Barton, Eric Barton and Edward "Lee" McConnell Jr.. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
