He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward Bandy and Ruth Lee Bandy (Brannon). He is survived by: his son Joseph Bandy, Jr.; and his siblings, David Bandy and Sue Dancy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
